New Site Features?

I'm on my phone and I see that the top posts that are pinned are highlighted in grey. Are the one's we click on/read suppose to turn grey when a new post is made or something similar?

Also, is the Lock Topic a new feature when you start a thread or was that always there? Posted at the bottom where post reply is located. Never noticed it before. Once lock, no one is able to post?

You noticed. We added the items you mentioned, and are working on a few other new features.

And yes, once locked, the conversation is over. I'm not sure how often I'll use it here. Forum admins on our other sites (Vital MTB, and Vital BMX) asked for that particular one.

Looks to be grey on pinned topics so you're able to discern between the pinned & new threads easier (I'm guessing). It's a nice change.
