New Shoei VFXW???

Does anybody know if Shoei is making a new MX helmet anytime soon? They have had the same VFXW since 2009. Thinking about getting anothor VFXW but just want to know if a new model is coming any time soon.

I would expect a new model from Shoei soon, i love my 3 year old Shoei but it is an outdated model when we compare the Shoei to Bell Moto 9 Flex, 6D, the Leatt helmet and all the helmets with MIPS technology.

Same can be said about Airoh although they released the Aviator 2.2 and it was just basically an 2.1 with some minor improvements.

Based on what I've heard, I don't think we'll see a replacement in 2016.

My bicycle helmet has mips. Love shoei. But been wearing fly f2 carbon. If it's good on trey canard it's a good helmet!!!!
