Was trademarked at the end of 2016. The VFX-W was back in 2010.

Coming out in 2018?

8 years between the two models. How much time was there between the Bell Moto-8 and Moto-9/Flex?

I thought I read somewhere that the new helmet will be launched in October'ish this year. I think maybe it came from ML512. Perhaps he will chime in.

I could be wrong but I remember seeing something about it.

Still haven't seen a modern helmet with actual ACT data for any of the Japanese helmet companies.

Finally. I dont know how such a big named helmet company hasnt came out with a new model to be competitive with the bell moto9 flex or 6D helmet.

Shoei have always taken a long time to develop their helmets. Plus other companies usually rip off their designs, not the other way around. So I imagine they are developing something new rather than copying what 6D have done just for the sake of it.
