Just found this article on the newly built motocross centre in Lommel in Belgium. It basically serves as an alternative for teams/privateers to work & live from, while training there during the season and off-season. Great idea!

Very cool concept, I actually thought Tony & Jill Cairoli where the initiators because they spammed social media with this 
But I guess they are basically funding a big part of it.

Kees van der Ven is not only a cool name, he is a very nice person as well. Very relaxed man, got to meet him several times during training sessions and GP's.
