If you are just adding taller bars, you can turn your throttle housing upside down and be fine, or reroute the cables through the frame. When you go to adding fork springs and dampening rods, lifting the front end 1.5 inches plus, you’ll need crf125 throttle cables. You can also run the crf125 throttle tube to use full size grips.
Does the CRF 125 throttle tube bolt straight up with no issues? Does it have that groove for the cables on the cam? I see people are buying motion pro throttle tubes and then grinding that groove into the cam. I assume you’d have to do that on the CRF 125 throttle tube? Can anyone verify?

An '07 shouldn't go that high anywhere in the country. I would think you can get a 2011-2014 for 1400-1600.

He got a good price, but realistically an 07 shouldn't sell for much more than $1000, maybe $1100.

The CRF125 tube has the groove, but if you want to use aftermarket grips you have to grid all the nobbies off the tube.

Shouldn't? The market is the market and it decides the value. I will say a 3 speed 07 KLX may go for a bit less than 14-1600 but my 08 TTR would fetch $1400 and sell within a hour if I posted it. The 110's are wildly in demand and can hardly be found and sell literally within minutes. My friend group has been tracking and purchasing 110's for the past several months and the market demand is crazy

I have also purchased around 30 110 bikes from around the country, so I have a little insight into the market as well. I have bought pitbikes for $600-3500.

Well you tried to tell me it "shouldn't" go for that much and I'm simply informing you that the market it Utah as of Spring 2020 supports that price range.

Cool story bro. Tell it again.

I was into pitbikes when we were on 125’s back In 2003 and still had our 98 XR70. Just happened to pick one up this year after years of wanting another bike.

Oldest motorcycle manufacturer in the world: fad.
Pit bikes, roaming the pits since the late 60s: fad.
Butter on toast: fad.

I fail to see how people spending of money in the dirt bike industry is lame in any way, but that's just me. If it's a fad, we need more of them.

If they were a big ass fad they wouldn't make them. idk about you but the majority of people buying and riding these things are adults. Pit bikes have been a thing forever. You just sound jealous of your friend. Your friend watched a twitch video and saw dudes having an absolute blast on pit bikes, so it encouraged him to go buy one. I fail to understand why you think that is lame. You sir, sound like the lame ass.

What a stupid comment to make. Pit bikes have been a thing for years. You must be a super serious guy. I bet you have A-kit suspension on your new 450 that you race the C class with. You are the male equivalent of a Karen.

If you ordered off of Faster-minis. Go back and make sure you picked the CRF50 (sold out) and not the KLX that it auto fills with. I almost made that mistake. It is about a 28mm height difference.

Yes, it's a 4-stroke. He hasn't given up on moving from the KX65 to a YZ65 since he rode his friends last week but when I get the springs and dial in the suspension I suspect he'll change his mind.

I already text the local promoter and he said when the races start back up he can run it in the 65 beginner class but I suspect there'll be some little league parents complaining because it's not a 65. There are no written rules for 4-strokes in the 65 class so we'll run it since the promoter says it's ok.

I actually found a set on eBay for a few bucks cheaper. Thanks for the heads up though! I triple checked my order on eBay as well.
