Need help: 2011 rmz 250 bogs out

Hey guys I have a 2011 RMZ 250 and it seems to not want to run right at all. It will start then start bogging out and popping. It only stays running with gas. Once we shut it off it wont start up again easly. We did a cylinder leak down test and it checked out okay. We replaced the stator and that wasn't the issue. We have also tried to rebuild the top end as well as check my valve clearance. We also removed the wiring harness and inspected connections ect. At this point I am sorta puzzled as to what is wrong anyone have this issue?

"Tried" to rebuild the top end and check valve clearance?
Sounds like it could be the valve clearance

sounds timing/valve related.

Also check to see if your exhaust header pope gasket is good… if it is looking it will pop bec its sucking in cold air

Top end was done professionally. The problem started during a moto.

Go through the carb with a fine tooth comb. Sounds like fuel delivery to me.

Actually that is what we are checking at the shop as we speak. There however is no carb in a FI system more so called a throttle body. Ill Keep yall posted on if that is it unless anyone else has a suggestion . I appreciate the responses!

BINGO!!! We swapped it out with the original injector that had replaced with the updated injector . She runs. Thanks guys!
