Looking for someone to supply nutrition and PT program. Can supply vital's for the individual. Would like to establish "guidance" on a routine basis via e-mail/phone. Please shoot me an e-mail with options and pricing. This is for a 21 year old pro rider.
thanks

Eat a healthy balanced diet
Ride a lot - go through a 5 gal gas can per practice (if not more) with as few stops as possible.
Run when not riding (or after riding)

cost: Free.

Thank me later.

My son has been working with Robb Beams at Motoendurance.

He also works with Kevin Walker, Ashley Fiolek and the Butler Bros SX team to name a few. We have been working via email and phone but hope to spend some time training with him in Florida where he is located this winter.

My son is enjoying working with him and he stays in contact weekly to check in and update training plans. If we have any questions he is just a phone call away.

He is also a frequent guest on DMXS giving tips, training options and answering questions from listeners.

Here is his contact info

I used to be a nutrition major and here is the basic rule for athletes: the 3 2 1 diet. 3 parts carbs, 2 parts protein, 1 part fat with no sugar, fried foods. Eat as much as you can without feeling over-stuffed and remember recovery is just as important as training.

Chocolate power bar and water for breakfast, mcdonalds for lunch, coke, m&ms for snack, chips at around 6pm, big dinner like pizza or beef, and then munch a bunch of dark chocolate, couple soda's....Oh wait, that's my diet. Yeah, eat healthy, ride, and exercise. Smile
