All the sudden im having problems with the app..Says no content so I uninstalled it to reinstall but it says app not available in my region or country. Whatttty.....Im outside Grand Junction Co. ...Anyone else having ussues...I cant even reinstall app...

You have to download the standard NBC Sports app. They moved everything into 1 app.

I’m on the correct app and it’s been working fine but all of the sudden this week it’s making me activate the app online every time I open it.

I had the same issue. The app deactivated on my Roku while I had it open. Try to reactivate on the website and it wants a TV provider. BS.

I got it working here but I cant shut off the close captioning and its taking up a good amount of my screen

Watched qualifying on my Roku fine, now wants my cable provider for the show. It works fine when i sign in on my laptop so I just attached it to my HDMI from the Roku to watch

On another issue, anyone else getting commercials on this commercial free service? Not that I mind they’re as good as a shot that you can’t see from someplace up in the nosebleed section.

I can't activate from my fire tv, called customer service and they couldn't either. figured I would go from my laptop instead, called customer service again and it won't work from my computer either from chrome, firefox or edge. I have directv but thats not what my issue is, I want to use what I paid for and no one at NBCSports could help sort my issue. I even did a restore point on my computer from last week and still nothing. I do not believe it is on my end. I can watch from my phone . I am pretty pissed overall. I am not a tech noob by any means

I had to log out and then log back in. ALSO, make you are going to the NBC Sports App (NOT Gold App)...once you are in the NBC Sports App, scroll over to the NBC Sports GOLD tab at the very top and then SX. Took me a few tries.

I've logged out and back in 4 times. Tried to see if there was an app update and nothing. I don't understand how it worked so well for the nationals last year and now it's shit.

I’ve had all the same problems... tv provider, 10 min timer etc.... and I can confirm that this works.

Use the regular nbc sports app, make sure you go into the menu on the left, and sign out of your nbc gold login (it’s going to show two logins, one for gold and one for regular) sign out of gold and sign back in.... then go to the bottom and click nbc sports gold as shown in the picture above that Markee posted.... then click live, go into supercross, and clock on the race .. problem solved

Yupt...missed all 4 heat races getting it figured out. Raceday live worked fine but not the race....thanks to everybodys comments I got it working.
