I was just curious and looking thru the app for signs of Supercross and that popped up. Did I miss the press release?

It’s been up there all day. I think it was only an extra $10 or $20 to include MX

Sucks because fs1 was free last year
It will still be free this year, but on NBC Sports Network. (Plus a Sunday rebroadcast on the main NBC network for 2 rounds.)

NBC Sports Gold is an add-on service.

You don't have to purchase the gold pass. You can watch it on TV as long as NBC/NBCSN is made available to you by your service provider.

Yeah but possibly on tape delay for some races unless you buy gold whereas fs1 was live every Saturday

Still not on website yet. Just on app.

So, I wonder if we are on auto renewal with MX how we can change it to have both SX and MX? I generally watch it on TV as video quality is better but still get the packages for the extra stuff (practices, etc and archives)

Cancel your auto-renewal and sign up for the new SX/MX package. That'll work for you guys in the US but not for anyone living outside the US. Everyone else will have to find another way to watch SX since it appears the gold app for SX will only be made available to the US, at least for 2019.

It's kind of disappointing considering NBC/NBCSN makes the gold app for MX available to plenty of other countries.

Really like the gold pass for MX. I go back and watch replays of the last few years nationals all the time. Sign me up for the SX pass

So we can’t see practice unless we buy gold too? Not a fan of that.

I looked on my gold app and so far no SX.

Don’t these guys want to make money? Open it up to everyone just like mx.

Free services are second Moto only with highlights of the first Moto. Same as last year.

That’s for motocross. There’s only one moto for supercross. Fs1 aired the qualifiers lcq and main event for free

Now the question is who is on the broadcast team. Man, I'm nervous. For me, presentation is super important. I know some different care for them but Ralph and Jeff felt like family. If they're not back then I hope they get super high quality broadcasters to replace them.

I'm worried. I just pray, whoever it is, that they treat it more like a sport and not so much like a... well, circus.

$95 for both SX and MX? Where do I sign up? Now if I do this how do I get the app from my phone to my living room TV?

A couple different ways.

I just bought a little Dell PC and attached a dedicated HDMI connection to my TV. Had some trouble casting my phone to the TV so I said fuck it and went nuclear since it seems we will be streaming all forms of MX (SX, AMA MX, MXGP).

You can also get a Roku, Apple TV... a couple other options.

That's the cost of one decent ticket to a round in California. I'm good with that price.

I recommend the Amazon Fire TV Stick. It costs about $40.

I have an older Apple TV, and the NBC Sports Gold isn't available on it. Not sure about the newer versions.
