Last year I watched the Outdoors on my iPad with a VPN. (In Australia - streaming from the US)
Worked ok.
I paid for the SX/MX package this year.
The APP doesn’t show the SX (Outdoor, Ice Skating - With Pro MX logo!, and “Notre Dame” are the only available options.)
I’ve deleted the APP, and reinstalled (From the US Apple store)
No improvement.
Because I admitted to using a VPN, no support is offered.
I watched A1 on the laptop. Worked OK.
Bottom line: Not in the US, consider another way to watch.

Worked OK (not perfect) on the first round of the SX, on laptop. (Full screen issues on “Chrome”, “Edge” Recommended on this site)
Can’t make it work at all on iPad APP this year. (Which was my plan) NBC refuse any support.
It’s just more simple. No VPN bullshit and pretending to be somewhere I’m not (even though that works).
The Shop
The NBC APP will know your location.
Outdoors will only work with GPS ON Supercross only with GPS OFF
I looked through Roku via VPN and it worked.
It's not the VPN IT'S the GPS
Not all laptops have gps capability so they haven’t required it when using laptops
That's the reason i am not recommending tablets
Pit Row
I think the GPS in the tablet thing might be the issue.
The overview is:
I’m happy to pay - did pay US$130 (from memory)
Due to some exclusive type deals FOXTEL in Australia have (for example) other suppliers (like NBC Sports Gold) aren’t allowed to stream to Australia. So we get ripped off, once again.
I also paid big bucks (in Euros) for the Moto GP APP. But it has no regional restrictions and works perfectly (so far)
I have “paid through the nose” for FOXTEL before. The coverage is not great. They have zero respect for the sport. (Once with a lap to run they finished mid sentence and went to the next program. (To make it even worse it was like the pre game hot air before a cricket match. Cricket. Kill me please.)
I spend half my time at work, on call, so even if I had FOXTEL, I’d have to record and watch it weeks later. (Staying off Vital so I don’t get any spoilers.
I’m a fan. I’m prepared to pay. I should be able to watch motorbike racing in 2019.
(Australia internet is so shit tho...)
The fullscreen issue can be bypassed by using a chrome extension called "Fullscreen Anything" so overall it works and I´m fine with it, cheers!
BTW, anyone in Sydney who would like to watch sx and grab some beers? :D
