I read a few of the past conversation's on the app. So it will show both moto's in their entirety? From someone that has used it, how is it for watching? Good picture? Streams nicely?

Yea shows entire motos without commercials. Quality is based off your internet speed. If youre not living in somalia you should be good.

DC said that they are trying to work with NBC Sports but the race takes place during the NBC crews lunch. It's in another thread straight from DC. He did say they will have some helmet cams and racerx will be filming it to put together later

Worked perfect here in Latvia last year. 50 bucks well spent.

Don’t do it. Read about it in cycle news a week later. Just kidding. I love it. Works great.

We go rid of normal TV so I used it last year and loved it, it just auto renewed so I'll have it again this year. Man I hope they can figure out something for the 125 complete races to be covered, even if its aired online a week later.

I play it thru Apple TV to my big screen. HD quality looks better than thru my cable provider...which I cancelled because who needs cable when you have NBCsports gold for moto. If SX ever goes this route, I'm all on board for it as well.

Commercial free MX for the Outdooor season for 50-60 bucks!! I can spend that much on lunch for 2 people at a cheap restaurant. It has worked great for me and can watch when I want.

Worked perfect for me last year. Not one single issue. Watched live some races and some I had to start a little late and they have the motos archived right away.

I had PS Vue thru SX, then cancelled after Vegas. It was crystal clear playing thru my Apple TV. Spectrum cable box was horrible image quality and overpriced at that. I’ll be getting PS Vue again when SX ‘19 gets here.

Sounds like you get Timed practice and all 4 motos with constant coverage in between so guessing the 125 races will be shown?

The 125 race takes place before the actual broadcast. As of now it won't be shown but DC said he's working on it. Might not be live but we'll definitely get highlights from Racer X.

I hope they make it work. Plenty of people want to see the 125's.

Even just a few well positioned stationary cameras would be better than nothing IMO.

Let us Vitards handle the cameras while they take their lunch! No charge, the sound & smell is payment enough for me.

I think DC mentioned that might be an option.

People want to see it so hopefully something gets worked out. I mean some people aren't buying the NBC Gold pass unless they show the 125 race.

Anyone know how to watch from outside US, UK, Germany, Sweden, Canada, Ireland, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Japan (NBC Gold's list of available countries)?

I paid for the supercross live subscription -which is globally available- but there is no such option for outdoors.

Maybe try a VPN in one of the countries that it's available and see if it will work? Although I don't know how you would try it without buying the pass first.

You'll get about an hour of the final 250 and 450 A qualifying sessions, then NBC Gold will take a break until the start of the Motos. The 125 race will not be covered on NBC Gold... At least not in Hangtown.

Yeah, I thought about it. Also VPNs tend to make all connections a tad slower. Probably still gonna try it. It is outdoors after all!

(PS. The guys at NBC/Promotocross can learn a thing or two from MXGP & YouthMedia in terms of making the sport accessible to a worldwide audience)

Last year I bought it on Saturday the day of the first race. It is set to auto renew but im assuming that is one May 20th , so do I call and see if they will go ahead and charge my card or cancel the auto renew and just pay the $55?

Log into your NBC Gold account as it might have already been renewed. I bought mine last year on the 27th of May and logged in the other day to renew my subscription since I thought for sure I had turned off the auto-renew feature but to my surprise it wasn't turned off. I looked under history and it showed my subscription was renewed on May 13th.
