All I get is the "hour glass" relative to when I attempt to watch practice. Anyone else having issues? The assistance phone posted is not active!

I'm getting a bad stream as well. Worked nicely for a bit then stopped and now is trying to re-connect.

How do you make ut work on the firestick

Yeah dude mine's working perfect on my laptop. I've got the hdmi plugged in to view on my tv since I don't have/use any of the other tv apps. No buffering or glitches at all.
I'm in Nor-Cal and it's storming like hell right now...fingers crossed the power doesn't go out though!

Quit the app then restart it. Worked for me the one time it happened.

Chrome on PC, iPhone, and Apple TV 4k are all working for me. Apple TV being the best quality onto a big screen.

Trying to watch it on my PC, it will not let me sign in, even though I am already signed in. I click continue and it reloads the same page asking me to sign up. Super happy....

Yeah I'm using Chrome on my laptop and it's working flawless, maybe give that a try for anyone still having issues.

Not working for me either iPhone app. Never mind finally loaded but have to login.

My “filters” are “Figure Skating” “Notre Dam” and “Pro MX”.
These are the only options!!
I’ve paid for SX and MX.

So after the 324235 time I got it to work on Firefox. I did nothing an it works/full screen.

My app now on Firetv works, but it's so quite I have to max out my volume on the TV and it is still quiet.

I turned off "3rd party cookies" on google chrome and it works now, BUT it will not fullscreen on Chrome browser....

What a joke.....

Has been crystal clear and working just fine for me.

Using chrome on my pc. Works great. Works on the roku nbc app too.

EDIT: Downloaded FIREFOX and its working now. CHROME still won't work.

Been using it for 2 years and never had a problem. It's running like a champ on my phone right now. I can even see Daniel Blair's baldspot starting up.

My screen cast doesn’t work- just shows the nbc logo on tv. But watching it thru the pc tontv and steaming fine- wish it was 4K however

Go -->> Settings ---> Advanced (scroll all the way down) --->Content Settings ---> cookies ---> Select "allow sites to read and save cookie data" AND turn off "block 3rd party cookies.

This should make it work. You may have problems going into fullscreen. I have figured out I can run fullscreen if the mouse cursor is put on my other monitor.

Pain in the @ss, but at least it works.

Edit: Make sure any add blockers are off also.

I'm watching using the fire stick and haven't had any issues since it started at 4. Works absolutely perfect, just like the nationals.

Worked great here . On off back to live no prob.
