Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
I thought it was super cool that Andy hooked up a few to do the start at a SX, where Clint ran out of talent (and rear brake) and smashed into the air bag. it’s insane how far the sport has come and how much money is into each car.
I’ll still watch every now and then
The Shop
It was only cool back in these days.
Posted this the other day.... (don't remember where I originally saw it. Could have been here on Vital)
"Pour a bag of skittles into your toilet and flush....this is a perfect representation of NASCAR"
I have the utmost respect for the drivers and skill it takes to succeed in that sport. I still doubt I’ll ever watch it though. I’ve been riding for 30 years, and I can’t ever remember anyone I raced with being a fan. Was just curious where everyone here stood and maybe I was missing something, like is it more popular in the southern districts or what.
Different world
Sadly ive already chosen my username lol
Pit Row
That being said i still like to watch the superspeedways, Martinsville, and Bristol. With it going to Road America this year I'd like to check that out since its somewhat local.
I do not like the 1.5 cookie cutter tracks like Michigan, California and Las Vegas....boring on TV
Daytona is fun.
Love Bristol
Rockingham and a few others are good racing.
This year, they now have 7 road course races, including COTA and they brought dirt into Bristol...a NASCAR Cup race on dirt....and not just dirt, high banked dirt
So, yes, I like NASCAR
But I am also a racer at heart, and I'll watch any racing.
Put two turtles on a table and I'll watch em race
The “wokeness”’in NASCAR started when that POS Keith Obermann had is breakdown over Dale’s crash at Daytona. Since then? Sure, the cars HAVE become safer (Thanks Michael!) and some aspects of the sport had a chance to get better....but...then...
Fonzie put the skis on and it’s been a clown show ever since.
We lasted 30 laps. They went by so fast you couldn't really keep up and inevitably the crashes happened on the opposite end of the track we were watching! Never did make it to a cup race out there, but that truck race was enough to cure me of my curiosity.
