Went from an '83 CR250 to the '87 CR250. Both great bikes, but different in many ways. Thanks for the memories Tony!

Raced an 87 CR250 back in the day. Still one of my favorite top 5 bikes owned. Thnxz for posting.

I have an 87 CR250 that i bought from my neighbor for $300. It's amazing how good that bike still is for it's age. Some day I'd like do a full restore on it.

I was racing in the Vet class back in 1988, on an 87 Honda CR500. Still the single best, most competitive race bike I have ever owned. Can you imagine owning a bike that you had to put a Pro Circuit exhaust on, just to tame it down? smile Turn 62 this week and still at it!

Excellent work, Tony, per usual. Mark Lynch is doing a lovely build on a CR250(87) in the Builds section, mine won’t be near as nice... Photo

Those 87' Honda forks were really nice. I remember when Honda first came out with USD forks in 89' and the 87' forks were much plusher.
