Yamaha has always nailed it with their ads

This stuff is gold. Great ads and even greater effort by you to show us all this great stuff. I remember a lot of it. Looks like the yellow fork boots in 79 were so much cooler than the 78 boots. Always loved that aluminum swing arm. Make the previous steel one look so unimpressive. However I’d take any of them !

I had that one taped in my school locker! The "Three good reasons" one that is.

yamaha seems to always add a controversial innovation. gotta love it though. while the others look like cookie cutter designs ,one can always spot the yamaha yz.
