I don't post much about this type of stuff, but I want to brag a little.... so bare with me!

My brother made it to Lorettas last year in the Pro Sport class, and in doing so, he earned his pro license for this year.

Well, he's going to take his first crack at qualifying this weekend at Red Bud!

Our riding friend passed away a little over a year ago, so when Blake (my little brother) got to select his pro number, he elected to run Donnies number. For this race, he also got a paratrooper graphic job in memory of Donnie who served in the Army.

My brother is currently a full time engineering major, who works full time too, and we couldn't be more proud of him getting to this point.

His name is Blake Rivard and he's #875 on a yellow Yamaha. If anyone sees him, go say hello.... scream for him during qualifying, or hit him with a REDDDDDDD BUDDDDDDD!!!!

Oh, and GuyB..... if you want some real world pit bits.... his bike is a treasure trove of "fast local guy maintainence". Lol

Awesome, hope he kills it and makes it in the show. I don't know how in the hell he can go through engineering, work full time, and ride at that level. I barely made it just riding and going to school, there's no way I could have added work on top of that, let alone full time or riding at that level. Really hope he makes it in the show, let us know how the day goes!
