Always been one of my favorite Hannah shots. 78 USGP @ Unadilla trying to run down Marty Tripes.

Better size than the earlier posts.

Interesting that the gear Hannah has on here reminds me of the 7 stuff James wore this year.

The Unadilla TransAMA race with "the Man".

Back when people didn't wonder "if they touched".
My favorite probably...Roger said he even had tire marks on his gas tank after that race...

That Cat was legendary..I saw him race one night at the LA Coliseum, he flew up the peristyle and at the last second he got bucked off the bike..all we saw was his legs kicked almost all the way over his head as he left sight..the crowd let out a big gasp!!..a few seconds here comes Hannah out the other side still on the gas..the crowd went crazy...Later when asked what had happened, he said he hit the peristyle wall and it knocked him back on the bike...

Any news on where all the stuff went after Greg Primm closed his museum?
Greg never closed his museum because it was never opened. A few friends and some people he
knew were allowed access to his outrageous collection but never a grand opening so to speak. When he wanted to pull the trigger on it many backers sorta backed out. Low down dirty shame I say.

While all our hockey playing buddies were worshipping hockey players, my buddy and I worshipped Hannah!

Back in those days, almost everyone around had a decent working dirt bike.

I want to thank Hannah, Bradshaw, and James Stewart for being born and being important to me.
Honorable mention to Eddie Lawson, Magoo, and VR46

Kudalski and #645 Robert Westerman , two early Florida fast guys. Steve Wise in the white helmet right behind Hannah, and I believe Danny Turner on the #17 (T&M) inside of Wise.

I'm so glad I found this site. I finally got to meet Bob at the 1981 Denver National and met him at his hotel room (along with Broc Glover and Mike Bell). After reading the results from my edition of Cycle News, he was open to all and any questions. He even let my friends son sit on his bike - a taboo back in the day. And come race day - he and Howerton were in another time zone - they were that fast. After I find the pics, I will post them.

You guys rule!!!
