I love the big #6 Micky ran on his bike in 1988. Super trick looking back in those days.

I had an 88 YZ250 and I remember it being a very nice bike. Very trick looking back then too.

Brings back some good memories...... Chris Haines, his mechanic at Honda, was a friend of mine. I was lucky enough to hang out with Micky and Chris and did my first cross country road trip with Chris in the Honda van from Ca to Southwick.

Back in the 1980's he was one of my favorites. I still think he got hosed after giving Honda back to back 125cc MX championships and then releasing him after the 1987 season. He still had a pretty good year in 1988 on the Yamaha, but I've always wondered what he could've done on a factory Honda vs.his factory Yamaha..............
