I posted a few weeks ago that I bought a new Ktm factory addition. I’ve gotten to ride it and wanted to update the people that were asking. It sits into corners better then any bike I have ever ridden. Entrance and exit is the best 450 I have ever ridden.
You can really feel the weight difference!

The motor is also the hardest hitting 450 I have ever ridden. It’s extremeley explosive but useful if that makes any sense. The traction control works nicely. The transmission, clutch, and brakes are all miles ahead of the compition.

The suspension works well, it is different being back on air forks so I don’t want to say they are bad it’s just very different then my 16 yamaha spring forks. I will say they are much better then my 13 Honda air forks. The shock works amazing. With a few more rides I’m sure the air fork I will be used too.

Overall this is the best 450 I have ever had. Mainly because of how good The cornering, motor, trans, clutch and brakes are all way ahead. The bike feels 50 pounds less. I am very happy with it and it’s worth the extra money for sure! I snapped some photos of it before the first ride. Thanks for reading!

I am honestly not sure since I went to the track from rg3. I will check the spec sheet when I get home

Make sure to update us when the frame snaps.

In all seriousness that is a great looking bike, good to hear you're enjoying it!

I hope that doesn’t happen, seems the newer 450 frame has been okay
