Considering taking a one day course with Aaron Lampi soon here in nj. Never have taken any training. Have watched Gary semics dvds, and had one of his manuals i read end to end before. Always pay attention to different tips i read but not the same as training i am sure.

Any opinions on classes? worth the dough? Get anything from them?

You can't go wrong with Semics classes, they are awesome, along with Gary being a great guy. Gary also has workout training video's that are fantastic, if you haven't seen those yet, well worth the money.
