Must-See/Must-Do in Toronto?

Who has hot tips for visitors? Places to eat, things to see, good radio stations...you know, anything the locals would know that us visitors wouldn't?

Kensington Market, Chinatown, and Queen Street West. Food, bars, and just all-around awesome stuff. A neighborhood map from a tourism office will be more help than you'd expect.

I'm trying to decide if I want to brave another sixteen-hour bus ride to go to the Toronto SX. " title="Laughing"> I love Toronto. It's a great city and I stayed in a great hostel the last time I was there.

If you're still there on Sunday morning, the dim sum in Toronto is about the best in North America.

Greek Town on Danforth has some good restaurants.

Also if you get the chance head out on the DVP (Don Valley Parkway) and head over to East York. There's a restaurant called the Donlands restaurant. Small little place, but probably has the best food in TO. Hidden gem. It's off Donlands and O'Connor. I grew up in Toronto (Mostly East York) so if you have any questions ask me.

Also if you're brining your wife and son, have them check out Bloor St. Lots of clothing stores and a mall.

Hockey Hall of Fame, then go up the street to the "Brass Rail". Then the original Hard Rock (touristy). The Science Museum is really good. CN Tower. Gretzky's is touristy but ok. All touristy but fun.

Queen Street West and near University Street is a Bar Cafe that sell Texas stuffed baked potatoes. A must try, be sure to order just one. They have a sidewalk menu

You'll love Pearson airport, that place sucks - Everything is written in french

I went to the only mexican restaurant in downtown Toronto a few years ago, they actually used Ketchup as salsa on the [u:3cuphfky]ground beef[/u:3cuphfky] carne asada plate.

The women are pretty hot, though...

Here's a pic from our hotel room last year before we walked to the dome (I think that tower you're talking about is to the left).
