First off I am a huge fan.
I just watched this video and I have to say he looks truly malnourished. Marvin has always been on the leaner side, but now with Aldon he looks like a cyclist AFTER he completed the Tour de France. Totally depleated.
This is a serious post Bro!

It would be cool to get Aldon to do a Q&A session but you'd never be able to keep the "anti Aldon" crowd out. There are some real good questions that could be asked of him. Maybe for that Q&A, we could all submit questions in an open forum, and have GuyB present the questions to Aldon in an interview type sitting.
Lean ? Anderson look good.
I am making my statement about Aldon's nutrition plan based off what I see in Marvin's face.
Can I be wrong, and can Aldon's plan be awesome for Marv? Maybe
Seeing how he designs each riders nutrition plan would be very interesting.
I would actually assume the stress in his personal life has more to do with his weight loss than Baker's program. With how lean he was to begin with dropping 10 lbs or so would end up looking about like this.
gotta get some protein, load the carbs, plenty of red meat and fish you know
also needs to pick up on leg day and maybe grow a beard
I can't remember saying anything about his body. And the only thing I worry about is that he could also retire as young as RV
Pit Row
meaning there are a couple of guys out there that are strong AND full of talent and it will be though for marvin to keep up with those guys for 20 laps.
as far as bulking up for the 450 class? guys like marvin ride with technique and finesse. not manhandling their machines around the track. Have you ever notice how some of the fastest riders are the most fluid and smoothest riders on track at that given time? Anderson gave us a great example of that last week. relaxing, flowing riding style, letting the bike work...
