Cool.

Nice to hear that RV comes back to the NW for family time. Good stuff, thanks for the report and if i get back on the bike this fall I'll have to check out that track perhaps.

Tyler is fun to watch. It isn't like he is racing, he rides kind of MX/X-games style. Josh Hill is similar.

It was super fun watching him ride today. It looked like he was having a blast out there too. No footed whips over that step up, wide lines on some of those berms, dragging peg over that off camber corner. It looked like the definition of having a good time on the bike.

That's impossible, I read on here that we'd never see him on a bike again... Wink

Weird hearing about RV being at a track huh? Maybe what a lot of guys say about him " hating the sport " isn't as true as what they thought. It wasn't ever about hating the sport at all , he was just tired of the industry and a lot of the people in it. I hope one day he remembers why we all try and do this sport. You can enjoy it if you are a super fast pro , or just a beginner. It puts the same feelings inside everyone if you do it right.

They were both riding the two strokes in the pro class on the 4th of July down at Washougal. Just whipping everything the way they always do. It looked like they were having a blast.

I help out and water and generally waste all my time at Washougal when I'm there over the summer- we got to see Tommy and Tyler ride a lot this season. Definitely fun to watch them on the 2-strokes.

The gnarliest is watching Ryan Huffman and Tommy chase each other around- EPIC brother-in-law battle

...don't be surprised to see RV living full time in WA. playing a part in a track or something.

well it was kind of a messed up day for me trying to figure out a issue with my kids bike the first hr or so I missed out a bunch , but when I saw him he was on a kx250 2 stroke(his dads bike I think). his pops said they had just finished the bike and were settting it up.i think earlier in the am it was a 250f. he talked with and took photos with a lot of kids I know. it was just a fun day. 67 degrees sunny and moto. ill try to get some pics and video up

Tyler V and Justin Hill used to throw down some battle laps there too(Washougal)- both of them on PC KX250f's

Rev limiter and whip/scrub mania. Like a lot.

Sounds like a perfect day to ride other than the issues with the kids bike.

Man that would be awesome to see him riding a KX250!

That's what I was waiting to hear. You just got that feeling that he may never ride a bike again. Glad to know he still likes to throw a leg over one. To be quite honest, he is doing it a lot sooner than I thought he would.

That pic may have exploded Vital's server a year or so ago. I am glad to see that he still rides for fun. I always find it weird when ex pros just walk away.

I wish Tyler the best of luck. Cannot imagine how cool it would be to have a legend like RV in my corner.
