So my son had a 450 blow up recently. Broken rode, cracked cases, piston , cylinder, head. Motor is shot. Can't decide what's the best option. Rebuild, found a new take off on ebay, or just buy a new bike. Just trying to figure out what's the best way to go. Either way, it's going to break the bank.

Take off engine. Throw it in. Then sell bike. Or just part the entire bike out.

Definitely a thought to put $$ towards a new bike.
