So over the past 5 or 6 years I have been wearing TLD gear from head to pant. Last year I decided to purchase a couple sets of the Supertech stuff from Alpinestars. Now this stuff is great quality. The material quality and wash after wash I am very pleased with the gear. Although I have one major problem...

It seems the crotch region of the Astars stuff does not have nearly enough room for my manly parts. Now by no means am I trying to say I am a porn star or got something you all don't (3 gonads) In so many words as my girlfriend loves to tell me I am fairly average. So I am starting to think...

Do us Americans just have much bigger balls than everyone else?

Bro... if you aren't tucking and taping, you're doing it wrong. Everyone tucks and tapes.

Sounds like you need to send your stuff to the UK for a good cleaning. I'm sure that guy can stretch it for you too...

I agree a lot of new gear are made with zero crouch space. I'm still buying fly f16 stuff due to their extra crouch space.

TLD SE and SE air gear have ample room for the 3rd leg.

Honestly i found the same issue with the my seven gear.

Ive been wearing TLD for the past 10 years.
Personally i find TLD is best fitted to me, but the i seem to always rip holes in the crutch and the backside which is really annoying. not sure if its the aggressive riding style moving around the bike a lot or just poor product.. but i still buy it hahah

They are building them for millinials that never had to ride without disc brakes, plush suspension and safety seats.

And now I see an argument similar to the never ending debate of 2st vs 4st, except now it will be left vs right.

At one time I thought I had the solution to this perplexing issue. I just went with it pulled straight back.

It went really good until I cased a double and hit my chin on an unforeseen unpadded potrusion and broke my jaw.

Researching some other options now.

Doesn’t that hit the seat when starting? Or do you have E-Start? Lol...

Man, I wish I had this issue, I've always had to run high in the RPM range to make up for, nevermind.

I had the same issue with Techstar gear last year, however the Racer set I had this year was perfect. Not sure if that helps but it doesn't sound like you have the first set of Alpinestar gear without enough room for your riding buddy and his mates.

I had the same problem with some TLD GP pants a few years ago. My shift GI Fro pants are small in that area as well. It might just be inconsistent sizing by the manufacturer?

Is it the one with the sheep or the midgets?

I just bought alpinestars gear recently and had the same problem not sure I'll buy again. The netting is also way to tight for mobius braces.

That’s the main reason I buy Fly. I have 3 new sets of gear from other companies that fit weird in the crotch.
