MotoGP star "Valentino Rossi" has broke his right leg near his home in Italy in a Enduro training accident. He has a displaced fracture of his fib and tib on his right leg. He broke the same leg back in 2010. He is having surgery soon in Italy to fix the damage.

he already had surgery. for sure it sucks. this season has been really good. at least 5 potential winners every weekend made for good racing so far.

no, just the season. It is right that the tib and fib are twats when they break but for a super fit guy like him it's a relatively short fix. Mine was compounded to fuck at the knee and ankle so it was a real mess especially where it came through my leg but even still i was on the stairs after a couple of days, indoor cycling after about 3 weeks and walking (sort of) after 12 weeks thanks to mr titanium rods and a good surgeon in France, took about 8-10 months to get correct but i don't have access to his recovery tools and staff. Riding is the easy part.

1 less in the hunt - absolutely gutted as it was looking good for the two old italian dogs this year
