What are you tired of hearing? I think what makes me roll my eyes the most is when someone says one to you as if they're the first person to say it.
Example: Want to make a million dollars racing? Start with 2 million!
Example: Want to make a million dollars racing? Start with 2 million!
This saying goes for every race except the last.
The Shop
Or
“We thought we found some things after practice and we went the wrong way.”
Jesus Christ just say you didn’t ride as well as you could’ve and move on
Also, to a similar extent, “flex characteristics”. That’s like saying “highly engineered”, it means absolutely nothing and doesn’t give anything even remotely resembling useful information. It’s like describing a frame and saying it made from “a metallic material”, of course it is and of course it flexes, both statements are useless and tell the consumer absolutely nothing.
Another one is.... “We need to grow the sport”
The sport will not grow with decreasing bike sales, period!!!!
Grab a good start.
Yeah, no shit!
If you’re not first, you’re last

Years ago some pro kinda ran me wide on a big sweeper. Almost put it in the fence.
Pissed, later I tracked him down in the pits.
After listening to the rant, he kinda smiled, saying, "dude....relax, an inch is like a yard".
Sketchy
I was (insert any position other than 1st) on the hole shot!
As in.... I was fifth on the hole shot!
WTF does that even mean?
I hate when people say “I got 3rd on the holeshot”
No dude, you were 4th off the start. The dude in first coming out of the turn got the holeshot.
