I'm going with Pettiis. Last year the guy had a problems to qualify to the mains, and now dude is sitting 10th in the points.
Impressive.
And meanwhile Matthews took his shirt off))

I am. I used to have trouble keeping up with my brother, but after a weekend of binge watching Gary Semics vidieos, I can pass him with ease.

I'm going to say a guy that has made huge improvements is Alex Ray. I thought the guy was pretty much a joke before the year but he has improved his game quite a bit.

All he needs is taking his time and lessen mistakes, it's exactly what he's doing right now.

Friese, the field is stacked but he is hovering around 10th and beating several factory riders every round

Decotis. Its been shaky and inconsistent, but heat wins and podiums is a major step in the right direction.

Mookie. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see anymore of him but what I had seen was a major improvement

Well,so far the only rookie 450 rider in top ten points would be A.P.7. Thats my vote so far.

Chad Reed. He could barely finish in the top 15, last year.

Agree, especially after having to battle through Lyme Disease. True grit.
