bad news boys......humans have a 100% mortality rate.
full disclosure, I drink the monster zero for my coffee in the morning. all physicals, blood work spot on for years.
other than chronic ball scratching. I feel normal.

I saw a good youtube video where this guy explains how social media is also like a drug. You get a little dopamine rush when someone replies to you or whatever. It's literally addictive, but we don't really have age restrictions. I'm not saying get rid of social media or caffeine or whatever, just know how to handle it properly.

A friend of mine owned an internet cafe one of the kids there who was 15 would drink 3 Monsters a day a year later hes in hospital with colon cancer.

Wouldn't drink any of those filthy ass drinks if you paid me to, but the day that energy drink sponsorships are no longer allowed is the day our sport is done for good (at the pro level).

The ingredients to some energy drinks aren't all that "bad" when compared to a soda... Not saying it's all great but if you drink beer (which i do) the effects on your body probably worse than an energy drink
