Per the Moto 60 show today, looks like Detroit and Boston are likely cancelled as well as no fans in Indy. Interesting times to say the least.

Utah governor just announced restrictions on 100+ person events for the next 2 weeks beginning Monday

at least we're not knee-jerking it already like Seattle

In Colorado they just suspended all spring sports and activities outside of school until April 6. My son plays baseball today and then 3 weeks off. No practice or anything. I would be surpised if we don't miss a view rounds at least.

I think some inconveniences for the next 3 weeks is worth it. Regardless of how deadly this virus is or isn't, it's clearly spreading quickly and these measures could slow down the spread. The quicker we put this in the rear-view, the quicker the economy gets back to normal along with racing and life in general.

If you have the time, I'd suggest giving Joe Rogan's podcast featuring Michael Osterholm, Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP)

I don't see that in the article (about Feld). Would be nice to have A3-A8 though...

On the other hand...it goes to show you the stupidity of our California government....allowing Disneyland to remain open while shutting down sporting events. Disneyland is a petri dish of bacteria....good grief.

No successful virus kills people quickly. A good virus keeps the host alive long enough to spread multiple times. It's not about the deaths, it's about the incubation period. By the time you show symptoms it's too late. The damage has been done. Only way to prevent that is shut it down. Sad but true.
