Good for Malcom to get the wins. I hate people that compare him to James. He will never be James but the sport is better with him in it period. I hope he gets to stay with mcr and gets some training.

Interesting results. From hills video it looks a lot more "supercrossy" than years past.

Hansen enjoyed the track as well. Looks like a lot of guys did.

The reason why it was more like a traditional supercross track this year is because it didn't have to be designed to accommodate ATV's, UTV's, etc.

Awsome for mookie. This year there should be no excuses now that he has a ride.

Contact with hamshire just before the finish line.
For Benoit he dislocated his thump. Hope he's good for MXDN. They will send Thompson if Kaven not good.

Good for Malcolm to take the sweep. Colt Nichols looks to be on pretty good SX form with those results. Impressive Brownie is racing on a SX track considering he is 6 months younger than Jeremy McGrath.

Awesome for Mookie, he was “on trial” with the team right?

That's what Malcolm said as well as Tony pretty much saying the same thing. Trying to show him off to get the sponsorship dollars to cover his ride. Great ride for mookie
Also, great coverage Mav, thank you!

He only has an off-season contract. Still nothing for SX

Top placing Canadian in the 450 class was Cole Thompson with a 4th.

Happy for my home team. The MX101 Royal Distributing FXR Yamaha Team had a great night.

Jess Pettis had the perfect evening qualifying fastest in the 250 class, grabbing the holeshot and leading every lap for the win.

Marco Canella was battling for the final podium spot but a few mistakes ended up putting him back in 5th.

Here's the pass Malcolm put on Matt Goerke for the lead in the 2nd 450 Main Event.

UTVs yes, but I’ve often watched the SX races and walked the Toronto SX track and thought “this is 100x the track Montreal had when we raced there” a real SX track would have been way better for us.

I was there in the seats (right in front of the SX triple).. my thoughts of the night:

- tickets were too expensive, this is why they had 75% of the crowd instead of 100%

- pettis was too fast for the 250 class

- track was technical, riders liked it! ... wish they used more space tho could have been a 50-55 secs laptimes

- mookie was on another planet, M1 and M3 he started in front with Nichols 2nd so was kind of boring races but M2 mookie started around 7-8th and came back to 1st with a great pass on Goerke! Was a really nice race to watch!

- really fuckin sux if Benoit misses Mxon, i knew he would get injured he has a monkey on his back with Sx

- Alessi crashed hard at the end of the whoops, blood on his face wasnt feeling so great when i saw him

- overall was a fun night, hope they can learn from this year to improve for next year!
