This is totally in fun...FYI(I realize some will still find their rear end sore)

But, monster certainly prefers a monster rider wins the title...and It’s no secret Webb doesn’t love whoops like DW15 seems to...and ET is usually just fine in them...so...

Is it possible that monster will ‘suggest’ an increase in whoops over the last 3 rounds or will the track maps hold true?

Just a random thought on race day

When I hear conspiracy theories I like to picture the people who created this conspiracy sitting around having a conversation and how they’d present the idea or come to it.

“Man, wed really like to see a guy with our logo win. Think we could call Jeff and see if the track builders can make the whoops big for these last few rounds?”

Monster Energy Drinks gets enough marketing ROI without having a Monster guy winning and doesn't need to pay championship bonuses, nor would they get much more advertisement having a Monster guy winning.

Of course they'd love to have one of their guys winning and they obviously hate to have a competitor brand winning their series but it's already the Monster Energy Supercross with the huge green claw not a tiny logo on a helmet or a shirt. At the end they've the largest piece of the pie and they're happy if the pie grows.

RedBull has much more money, in motorsports they run a different strategy and focus on talent, winning teams and competitiveness.

I heard that on the Pulp show too. Supercross is supposed to be hard, and whoops are supposed to be hard to blitz as part of what makes supercross a hard sport. How many people crash and get hurt in the whoops as opposed to in the rhythm lanes or other parts of the track? Its hard to get landed on from 15' in the air in the whoops.

Whoops are the biggest separator on an SX track most of the time. Its long rumored that the KTM brass complains about the size of the whoops when they are big. But what are they gonna do? Not race? Pack it up and try next week for smaller whoops? I highly doubt it. Build em' big Dirt Wurx!

There is a happy medium. I agree nice big whoops separate the field for sure. It’s awesome to see someone like Roczen or Stewart go flying through them and pass people like they are standing still.

I think you can make them hard and big but safe also.
