I do have a way to get around that, I'm pretty sure. I have an app called IPVanishVPN. What it does is allows you to choose a new IP address & from any country in the world every time you sign onto it. You can choose a different one every time you want as well. So, let's say "somebody" was watching your internet movements, you sign onto the app, pick your IP address/country, then browse worry free. By using this choosing a new IP address/country, you are basically invisible. So I could pick an IP address in a country that the stream works in & should have no issue paying for & accessing the races. Cheers!
