I get that Roczen just did the MXoN and so did Plessinger, but where is everyone. ?

You would think that since there is a high payout that more Euro’s would line up.

Just my opinion, but I kind of feel like its done its dash.

Not excited about it what so ever, just not that interesting to me anymore. Love moto and super x, but this event has lost it shine to me.

When the US riders dont bother , why should anyone else ?

Would like to know what the purse is.

Ferrandis is doing a French SX race, instead of this, seeing how well he did on a 250 a few years ago, you would expect him to be there at least

250 riders mostly don’t bother. Guys switching teams, healing up from injuries, don’t have funding. The list goes on. Surprised Anderson and Osborne won’t be there. Same with Roczen.

Like i said, Roczen did Nations, so fair enough, but you would think Anderson would want to have a go having missed so many races, and Osborne might want to see where he fits in.

It seems to have been off the radar totally this year

Ditto,. See my US Open thread.

Better than nothing, I guess, but this race and Vegas are my least favorite on the schedule. And Daytona. I just don't care for fast, high speed races. I prefer something technical.

I will be watching it live, which will be 3am here at least, same as all the West Coast races.

I just expected 4 or 5 more decent guys . As it is there are 10 , tops. Hopefully the support races will be as good as the last few years.

That said, it only takes 2 riders to make a great race, lets hope we get 3.

Its one of those races that if you're not a top 5 guy then why bother? Its not really worth the risk if you don't have a legit chance at winning, which is only a few guys.

Come on guys, any time we get to see even some of the top US guys race is awesome. I can't wait to watch it on tv this weekend. If Roczen and Anderson aren't showing up, so be it... Out of the top 15 finishers from SX this year we are missing Anderson, Peick, Wilson, Tickle and Brayton who is down here racing. And we get to throw RV in the mix!

After the way Musquin's summer went and that he wasn't chosen for MXDN, I bet his confidence is in the gutter right now. I bet Barcia and Webb beat him, while Tomac cruises to the win.

Ok. Cuss me all you want, here’s my 2 cents......
We like good racing. Done, over with. I look at it this way..... I can sit on my ass, watching extraordinary talent, on pristine machines, battle it out on live TV, and be perfectly happy. Nights like that I also enjoy because there’s great food I smoked, or grilled, and wash it down with some ice cold beer. Now, with that being said.......
I can also enjoy watching 2 young nervous novices battle it out at chicken licks raceway, on any Sunday , just a short drive from home. Same grilled brats, same beer, plus, I’m enjoying the best weather of the year. Point is, we are all racers at heart. Just because some certain pro’s are showing up, doesn’t mean we can be bitching about who did, or didn’t show up. It’s all Moto, great Moto! Enjoy, have a beer or 3, bring some buddies over, enjoy the show!!! Life’s bad enough at times, let Moto take it away for just a minute or so....... The toughest sport on earth sure can smooth-out life’s rocky roads . It has for me at times.....
by the way.... everyone ride this weekend, Mother Nature is coming this winter, and she’s one angry gal.........

When you take 10 of the fastest 250 guys out of the race what does it matter ? Open it up to guys on 250'f or 2 stroke guys. Make it fun for everyone and not just the fastest 450 riders to win a million.
