Billy Mackenzie is, I believe, racing the outdoors in Australia.

Priem injured his back (i think) in the first GP. He will be back later in the season.
Aigar Leok injured in practise in winter. He will be back as well.
And Terreblanche is injured as well. I saw him in Valkenswaard with his girlfriend (Marianne Veenstra) but he was not racing.

Bryan Mackenzie only had a one year GP deal as a replacement for Cedric Melotte, he's back to just doing British Nats this season. He struggled on a 250 Husqvarna at the beginning of the year so has switched to Kawsaki.

Dougan now rides a 450 for Bike-iT Dixon Yamaha but they don't contest MX1 GP's so he's just doing the domestic championships too. Personally I think CCM should have retained him instead of Tom Church.

Not to bring a rider down, but what has Steven Sword ever accompished in the GP´s? He´s had roughly one good season ages ago, and has been injured ever since. Poor guy, he´ll start to recover only to be reinjured. I honestly can´t see why he still gets good rides

You would think the only guy on the planet to beat Bubba in a moto outboors '08 would have something for Cairoli.

Ever since he got injured a year or two ago and had a long lay off he's really struggled, he's rarely been competitive in MX1 since.

To be fair Sword is still a great rider, he just never seems to get a break. On hard pack tracks he can still haul. Im certain he's a better rider than Tom Church and Church finished 15th overall last year.

How old is he? So just physical issues or was his MXdN ride a once in a lifetime thing. Guess with brothers one always ends up being faster, so he's the slow one?

Physical issues.

He won major races in Europe before his serious injury.

Seb rode like a cross between Cairoli and De Dycker, When he was on he would creep up on you a bike length in every corner (Cairoli) and then just muscle it into a strange unknown line and swoop by(DeDycker). He was a physical rider. Always thought Seb would be the famous one.......
