quite a few do, but they usually don't have the pedigree/knowledge/drive and history that LaRocket has.

Mike figured it out himself before people needed to hire Aldon Baker. He took fitness and diet pretty serious, I would listen to him.. look at his longevity and overcoming injuries

It was Indy sx 2006 at age 13 my buddy James and I were walking through the tunnel back to the pits when we passed Mike LaRocco on his way up for first practice. My buddy yelled “Hey Mike break a leg out there tonight” Mike jokingly replied “thanks guys I’ll try”. While he didn’t break a leg he did manage to bust his wrist up pretty good and not race that night. Memories I’ll never forget as a kid! Wish I had an autograph from him that night!

I might buy step one just to get some direction in my workouts. Plus once I have it , all I have to do is write it down. Then its mine forever.
