Michigan moto

Michigan bros, i am trying to remember a race in MI. This was a race i had read about maybe 5 or so years ago idk maybe longer. It was a GP type event, and i believe it was in the spring or fall because it was chilly. It was moto but also had a hare scramble feel to it with long laps. I'm thinkin it was at a resort of some type. It was the first year when i had heard of it but they were talking of it being an annual event. Racer X mag had a write up about it and it was heavily attended.
Anybody have any info on this race and if it still exists? Thanks
