That thing looks great!

Kinda off topic, I didn't know MC was a Maxxis guy, is that a truck racing connection?

Yes, Maxxis is his tire sponsor for truck racing.

We generally use 250F chassis in our new production models, and yes we've done up to
2015 chassis.

We do offer conversion services on some other models like the RMzilla500AF,
that was RMZ450 based etc.

So it depends on if the customer is looking for one of our new production units,
or wanting us to convert his current 4 stroke. Wink

AJ,

How on earth do you get new KX250 engines? Or any new two stroke engine for that matter?

There's no way your ordering ever part out of the catalog and assembling them...Is there?

Every engine is hand assembled here from brand new parts. Yes ordered individually.

Rocket-
A new production KX AF has become very expensive, parts cost are simply far more than the Honda based production AF
Which is $13499

But we also offer conversion services to adapt a customers (bike) kxf to 2 stroke.
The price would vary a lot depending on what the customer is supplying. If he has chassis and engine.. or just chassis.. or just engine etc.
Or has exhaust etc.
A base estimate before details would be $ 3500

I'd love to have a late model KX chassis with a newer model YZ 250 engine installed.

There is a place in this sport to take aluminum frame engines and put them in steel frames. Can't wait for someone to start doing it.

I've been talking about doing that for about 2 yrs now!!. I'm too busy shoe-horning '83 CR 480 motors into 1980 CR250 frames at the moment though! Maybe I'll get the chance to do it next year!
