Makes sense. Kid was on it all week. His bike appeared to be working extremely well in the rough stuff. Could've just been his height making it appear this way, but he was smooth coming into the sign corner.

Glad to see for such a genuinely nice kid too.

Indecision is a choice

He’s way too big for that bike. Should be moved up honestly. He’s fast tho

To old (16 years old) To big for that class, if you could drive yourself to a race you shouldn't be racing
in the Supermini class.!
This guy was also 16 years old in the 250 class aka 450

Fast kid but not just big he is about right size for his age he is 16 still on supermini lawrence who nearly won 250 prosport is 15 , I guess different paths for different riders ,you think as fast as Max is he woulda have been 125 this year considering he obviously went 2nd last year in supermini and is plenty big enough for a 125 must be like the 250/450 b class everyone is staying down for the #1 plates

Eligibility isn't dictated by size.

When I went to Loretta's, I was 14 in an open class in a yz250. I believe I was the youngest that year on a 250 smoker.

Kid probably hit a growth spurt earlier this year.

He'll be around for awhile I'm sure. Probably in the front of the B class next year.

You also learn a whole lot staying on small bikes. He will be fine, the family has a plan. Bradshaw may have won 250 SX races but he also burned out way too early.

Exactly.Tallon has a plan, and it's right on schedule.

He also has a contract with KTM to race the Supermini class...

Bradshaw won his first SX (Premier class) in Osaka Japan at 15 and beat all the top names.

i actually watched his motos from mammoth.

definitely gonna be a big deal.

side note, i got a pair of tallon vohland goggles stuck to the wall 4 feet away from me.

I think it's cool that Max is compared to Damon.
Hopefully Max has a successful future.

I was a big fan of dad, I am already a big fan of the son. He seems very promising.

Damon on a yz supermini! If his career had been managed more conservatively, who knows.

Exactly, he absolutely gave that 1992 SX title away.

This thread is about Max. But I always felt bad for Damon and Michael. Brian was good for Ricky, but not so much for Damon and Michael.
