im not a vohland fan by any means but you people are being too hard on him.
Criticism is fine, everyone has tough times and it is what it is, so I'm not dogging anyone's opinion, but can we try and keep it classy?

Jetts fastest lap and average is 3-4 seconds faster then Max. That's how much Max needs to improve to be a title threat.
Other then the last laps once jett is coasting to victory. Every lap of jetts race is faster then Max's best lap.
I'm not shitting on max but his rookie season was impressive. A good foundation. Year 2 has been a train wreck so far.
Some of you need to be less critical about riders you know nothing about. This sport is one of the hardest on the planet at any level.
There are so many riders who have the tag 'on his day he is as fast as anyone', but unless that is race day , it means nothing.
Look at F1. Those drivers talk shit on the car mid race all over the broadcast. The teams do the same to the driver if they're going too slow.
Why can't the teams and riders just be more transparent? It's not the fans fault. We'll never hear Max say a bad thing about how the team might have moved him up too soon. He's just going to say the same thing everyone else does. Bikes good......moving forward.....teams great....improvements.....race by race.....build from here......Which will lead fans to speculate because all they hear is the same thing over and over from every single rider and team.
Pit Row
Get off the kid’s nuts and give him time, He is aware of the pressure on him to perform asap.
If a rider is as good as he thinks he is a team will put up with some shit. Ever heard of Christophe Pourcel? We can't think so narrow minded. These riders are getting some thin skin nowadays. Be more transparent. It will be good for the sport and fans.
At any rate, it’s put up or shut up time for the NorCal homers that were calling for a podium this weekend. I hope Max can make it happen. A good weekend at his home track might be just what he needs to jump start his year.
