Love or hate em, definitely is good for the series to have them racing. We should be in for a wicked year.

I think it's interesting their comments about each other vs say what's been written about them in the past. Most people say Matt is more talented. Jake is the scary loose dude.

Matt says Jake is more talented, but lacks self belief.

Jake has said that Matt just believes in himself.

Watching the boys race the east coast round in Canberra last weekend had a few good takeaways. Matt's battles with clout and Gibbs in the last 3 races was impressive after 4 years away and still working a 9 to 5. Racing a fairly stock bike power wise was obvious with them yarding him on any of the straights, but his corner speed all day was bloody good and it was the main point in beating clout in their battles. Fitness dropped off in the last motowhich was the main thing to work on. And Kyle Webster absolutely flying in that moto to almost run down clout on a 250 was the race of the day.
Matt will piss off a lot off people this year with his outright pace I just hope he can gather more support throughout the year.

Good report. Thanks.

He's gotta watch out for dills driving gear on the track.
