That's what they did with j Martin last year and that's what will most likely happen again here.

Docking points instead of positions robs the guys disadvantaged by people breaking the rules. Kenny thought the win would be credited to him after that so didnt worry about pushing the issue. I mean why should a guy who didn't break the rules need to gain an extra 2 seconds on a guy who did?

Obviously it's on Roczen and Honda for believing that was the penalty for it. But most people believed that to be the case. It makes so much more sense than robbing the series of 7 points. Ofcourse they're just happy they dont have to pay out the purse for a winner.
