Interesting that KTM chooses a non-american to promote their brand in the US.... just sayin.

Marv told me that as well at Bercy last year. I wrote about it a bunch, he's coming over for sure.

Mathis is getting weeded out of the pro pits one team at a time he and his almighty will be outsiders soon.

What's more Interesting is it say's US for both SX & MX , I thought everyone was going to do SX and then race GP's ?

|

4/4/2010 9:56 AM

Do they even have a team in the US?

|

4/4/2010 9:58 AM

I think Marvin would have to race MX1 next season in GPs, maybe he wants to stay in MX2 a while longer.... looking forward to seeing how he does in the US

Good point. the only other team to do that is Honda, oh wait then there is Kawasaki and some times Suzuki and Yamaha.

You’re gonna love this neighborhood, every house here recycles.

In the case of Marvin, that's also a lot for the AMA SuperCross.
He "loves" SX, he has already ride ama sx in 2007, the first 2-3 races of west coast (in the same time than CP).

How did he do? I don't recall him racing during that time.

|

4/4/2010 12:28 PM

Asks DV12.
He knows more than me ;o)

|

He struggled.

But today he's another guy, for sure.

I don't think Marvin raced us SX before you must have been confused with his brother Michael. Marvin has always been labelled a SX rider before making it big in GPs and always made it clear his dream was to ride US SX so no suprise there. Ktm will build a team for him they know they have a gem there.

You're wrong.

Musquin has already raced US SX on Bud Racing kawasakis (2007).

When they can't sign here they will just sign a deal over seas.

Even though MX Addict is a rude jagoff, he's right in this case
