Went down today at The Ranch for the Loretta Lynn's regional in a high speed section of the track, while leading his Schoolboy moto. The word is that he's being attended by medical staff there and is still on the ground. Keep him in your thoughts and wish him well!

Marky Worth Update:

Looks like he is going to be good. Cat Scan and Xrays show nothing. Just a really bad concussion, but they want to keep him for a few days to make sure, as it was a hard hit to the head.

He was leading his last moto and had his front end tucked on him going down a small, high speed down hill.

A little bit of a pre-mature post I guess, but I was told from my friends that were at the track that he was getting taken to the hospital for further evaluation, and he was blacked out at the track.

Marky Worth was on fire this weekend. The little Volcom rider just moved up to big bikes after Loretta’s. We missed him Texas this spring due to a broken collar bone. He won every moto, but for his last one. Where he had a bad get off while way out front. The race would be red flagged and Marky would be life flighted out. The latest word on Marky is no broken bones, just a bad concussion and a couple of cuts on his face. Hopefully this new comer to the class can rebound and show his speed at Loretta’s later this summer.

nice write up.

couple things I get a chuckle out of They list him as being from Sun Tan Valley actually it's San Tan

and Arizonian is Arizonan , no big deal just funny to me.

He had a serious crash this am, knocked unconscious, was life flighted out and the hospital wants to monitor him for a few days.......At this point, that sounds far from "okay!" Good luck on your recovery Mark.

Considering "this AM" was 3 years ago, Worth is better than "okay!" in regards to this incident. But who needs details before you belittle someone with your smart ass comments?
