After the race Malcolm was asked what he thought about his level of fitness. He said it was good for the heat race but he needs to race himself into shape for the mains.
After he won the 250East title he said he was skipping the outdoors to focus on training for the 450SX season. What kind of training did he do all summer? You would think his fitness level would pretty good after working on it for 7-8 months.
