Only $10 for all 2024 SX, MX, and SMX series (regularly $30).
That is a misrepresentation on so many levels
It's how one-off fair races can offer $10K+, but they can't offer that week in, week out, for 19 weeks, can they?

"I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm going to say the word Geico 15 times, but here's five minutes of me pretending I'm dollar store Alex Jones".
Gypsy Tales has plenty of credibility.
Hopper just knows the formula to get clicks and views on YouTube, which is valuable for sure and if he's smart he'd apply it to other genres and niches outside of MX. Maybe he is?
By assigning debits incurred from Monster Jam or other events to Supercross (or the other way around), it could appear that one series is losing money while the other is raking it in.
If this is the case, and any potential partner with Feld is counting on a percent of the NET profits, then their accountants are idiots.
They used to do this kind of shit at movie studios when an actor or writer is contracted to receive a percentage of the NET profits - the studios would stack the books with questionable expenses so it showed that a movie didn't make a dime, when it actually made millions. People got smart after that and demanded a percentage of the gross instead.
Feld is after all an entertainment company, so maybe they are using "Hollywood accounting" methods to disguise series profits. We'll never know.
I will say this -none of this means anything at tax time, form K1 or 1120S doesn't lie, those forms tell all about the company's finances. If I was a going into a partnership with Feld, those are the first documents I'd want to see.
...not how it works, I know.
For comparison ARay has just shy of 6k, Alex Martin 16k, Team Fried 21k, Swap Moto Live 38k.
First credible source post I've seen somewhat confirming Dungey's return. This is good.
That is all, carry on.

I thought one of the previous posts was yours.
If this is from Mr. Grohdahl, perhaps he can write the check for the first five million to the fund to cover this? Put your money where your slogan is, sir.
Otherwise this is all empty bullshit.
I didn't see much this thread, I will post only this.
Something is quite missing in this long list, education.
I understand a top 20 top 30 will only pay bills during his pro career and it will be very hard to change that based on how limited the market is. So, after insurances for all (which would push for full mandatory protective gears), maybe the most important thing is the youngsters should have an education.
I would not be against a rule that states each rider entering A1 from 2030 or 2035 must have at least a A level or a technical degree, and ideally anyone in the lites class should be enrolled in at least a part time bachelor or a part time technical degree (or to be graduated from it for the older ones).
Yes it kind of sucks, and yes it may sucks a lot for the top 10 riders of each coast, but it may level a bit the field and more importantly most if not everyone would get a pretty good living after whatever results they did during the very exciting years of racing.
That may also offer the chance for some to pursue in masters degrees etc; riders are not stupid and making it to the pro involves lot of qualities. They could almost succeed in everything after racing if they were a bit helped in that direction.
