Only after filling out the 8 pages of personal info did I realize that it's $50/year to apply for sponsors.
For the average racer (B class racer going for it at local races, areas and regionals, etc), have other people seen a rate of return on that investment? Not trying to sound like a tight a--, but if guys aren't seeing results in the form of sponsorship worth equal to or more than that $50 per year, I would think that money is better put in the gas tank for the next race.
Thanks guys!

My .02 . . . Mxsponsor.com is going to generically spam you to companies who automatically reply with a 20% discount. I highly doubt any of those companies will offer deep discounts (+40%) or product to anyone using “mxsponsor.com”
That being said, you only have a short window to get sponsorship from these companies for the upcoming year. You have to apply in the first through third week of August i believe

If you have any questions, fell free to reach out and I can try and answer them.
Spend your money with them first.
Then speak with them about how you can help promote them.
The Shop
Luckily the shop I ride for (Adventure Moto) is still very focused on the racing community.
DFW Honda wouldn't even throw in a pair of tie downs when I bought a bike from them. 0% chance I would represent their dealership in any capacity nor will I spend another dime there.
I'm sure it's a lot more complicated from their perspective, but if I tell local car dealer "If you sponsor me and I bring you even 1 or 2 car buyers you'll have your investment back", I never get anywhere.
Just have to keep pushing. The only guaranteed way to not have any support is to stop trying, so on we go.
