Andersson 5sec off, on a smooth track!?!?

Edit: and short track!
It's only free practice. Counts for absolutely nothing.
Jasikonis is almost 8 seconds off. In Lommel he was fastest in practice.

There is no other practice. This is it. After that it's the qualifying races.

Jasikonis has an ankle injury he said on team presentation last night. Saw him riding back to the pits about 15 mins in to that session

I heard that too, damn shame if he can’t line up. I reckon he’ll try to tough it out for sure.

Anderson need to slow down to speed up. He’s far too aggressive. Dumping the clutch and burying himself into berms and on the limiter far more than anyone else out there

I reckon he's gonna get better as it gets rougher

Unfortunately, I don't think so.

He put down a lot of laps, 50% of which appeared to be his "pace".

It's only practice though, hopefully he'll turn it around.

Well, i’m here.

Seems like the wave section is important in front of the VIP area. Herlings, Van Horebeek (impressive!), Prado were crushing it on that part.

Anderson wasn’t riding bad at all, but he is waaay to slow going into the tabletops into the long ruts. The top guys shift down and keep it pinned until the top. Anderson doesn’t. But on stuff like the wave section he was fast as hell. Had a typical team fried crash into the start corner second lap of free practice though Grinning

Watson is impressive
Paulin is sharp

Hopefully the weather stays good

You would think they learned that in the last three weeks.

There’s full course yellows for the first couple of laps at the start of each session and Cooper is literally paying no attention to them Grinning

Per pulpmx JA21 fastlap doesn’t count because he stopped on the track. But doesn’t count for what?

For safety, it’s everyone’s first time on track. It gives everyone a chance to have a look without getting wiped out or landed on

With Norway going to the gate at 4, watch Horgmo battle for the win in the qualifier today. He’s a great starter and the speed is there on a track like this.

Simon Längenfelder is dropping into the big leagues with some authority, in essentially his first event off the 125.

Still sounds weird. Never seen it before and doubt the riders have either. Especially if some guys don’t give a crap about them and go for it anyways it’s more dangerous.
