Accuweather is showing "occasional rain" on Saturday and "rain" all day on sunday. Visions of the 87 event at Unadilla are starting to creep into my head. I hope this forecast improves as it gets closer, but I'll be prepared either way to cheer our boys to victory!

Honestly I’d rather it show rain at this point then sunshine because we all know it’s going to change. Before people freak out, my prior statement is for psychology purposes rather than meterological. Obviously any forecast more than 5 days out is about as accurate as tarrot cards. That said I’m virtually certain it’s going to be a mudder only because i want so badly to see Tomac and Herlings tussle under ideal conditions and i have a long history of disappointment when it comes to things I’m really looking forward to panning out...

Seriously??....Hit me up with your forecast in 10 days by then I'm sure the chance of rain will increase to biblical proportions...

Easy Red Bud rookies........the weather changes by the hour here in Michigan, especially Red Bud. Don't get twisted up this far out. Look tha day before and then plan according to how it looks.

Would be a bit more interesting with rain tho to make team america really work for the win now when mm is out of the french team who is the only other country with 3 top riders in it like usa has. With rain i wouldnt say that it would be out of the question to se france on top again or maybe a win for the netherlands and on the other hand if usa won in a mud race against the teams with gp riders the americans would have good bragging rights.
