Major improvement over the last 2 games, ruts actually form after a lap or 2 the weather plays a part in slickness of the track, more precise throttle control. Only draw back I have found so far is the bikes rev out so fast.

Don't know if it's region locked and if it is all it'll be good for is a coaster for your beer.
The Shop
I'm excited!
(1.) It's an internet forum so everything sucks.
(2.) I'd bet we have several trolls from MXGP's competitors mucking it up. Count on that....
Pit Row
Air control is much improved, the bike feels weighted but not like a container ship, speed is higher and feels more realistic, but not arcade-like as in MX vs ATV. Can pass AI on the inside now without crashing, terrain deformation is realistic-looking and actually does impact the way the bike reacts.
I can't wait for the mods that we'll see in the future!
Btw the compound/test rack is 10 times better than the one in MXGP2.
Pros
The physics are a massive improvement in all areas imo. Scrubs and whips are still a little bit counter intuitive to engage (I don't understand why they don't just go for a system where you move both sticks on the face of a jump in the SAME direction you want to go - surely that would feel more natural than anything?), but once the bike is thrown (animated) out it's entirely down to the player to pull it back - the interesting part is that you can control how much you want to straighten up. A couple of jumps leading immediately into corners and I purposely angled the bike (didn't straighten up all the way) so as to land at a suitable angle into the turn. Very badass feeling when it works!
Cons
I'm not seeing the terrain deformation. I'm doing 10 lap races and not noticing any great deal of difference, if any. I haven't tried all the layouts yet though, and perhaps with longer racing it'll become apparent??
Tied into the last point - Lommel is once again disappointing imo. It actually feels less sandy and rough than a hard packed circuit. I don't know why they can't get this one right (unless the terrain deformation is disengaged somehow on my copy) it never gets rough in the slightest.
Edit: Terrain deformation is there but personally I think it's very mild (mostly visual), not greatly affecting gameplay, unlike Reflex.
